Shipping Policies

When will my order ship?
Each order is printed on demand please allow 2-4 weeks to process/pack your order with love and attention. You can see shipping timelines below based on location.  

We are available on email anytime, so please get in touch if you have a pressing shipping date and we will work our hardest to make sure your order is with you before then.

 

Where are your products packaged?
All original artworks or where stated are hand-packaged with the utmost care by our team. We do use high-quality third party printers/fulfillment warehouses in the U.S. and EU for larger prints, and other products not created in-studio. 

 

When will my package arrive?
Jasmine is a nomad artist and creates and packages all original art wherever she is based, the shipping times will vary based on this. Jasmine is currently based in Spain. For all other art and products, you can find an estimate of arrival times below.


Orders outside of Spain under 1lb are shipped via Correos Certified Mail. All orders shipped by 3rd party fulfillment partners can also be found below. Tracking will be provided.

  • US shipping:  please allow up to 2-3 weeks + processing time
  • Europe and UK: please allow up to 2-3 weeks + processing time
  • All other countries: please allow 4-6+ weeks + processing time

 

Where do you ship?
International shipping is available and can ship to most countries.

 

Will I get charged customs fees?
Please be aware of customs fees for your country. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages. 

*Please note that we are required by law to declare the details and cost of your order on customs forms and are unable to leave that information blank (even for gifts) or lower the value of the parcel.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee. 


What is your return/refund policy?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if there are any issues with your order, if your package arrives damaged during shipment, please take a photo of the damaged package and art and (Contact us) as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a short explanation. We then will discuss alternatives. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you!

 

LIABILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Please be aware, once orders ship, they will become the responsibility of receiver and you will need to get in touch with the shipping provider for more information; either Australia Post for domestic orders or DHL express for international orders.
